I am also wondering if I have a glitched system because I reallyĪm at a loss of how I can view my scanned images. They all bring up the exact same written code that I guess is my drawingsĪctual computer ID, minus a few different symbols in different places. I am a artist and all my artwork comes from being scanned from my folks scanner. I suspect there is a bug in the html rendering in Word (regardless of your opinions as to why it is being used.) So if you don't see the images, first thing When using Word 2010 (or 2007) and selecting the Web Page' option, the document is stored in a html files and all images are stored in a subfolder starting with the same name as your document followed by "_files". someone is holding you at gun point, you might consider using the filtered version that Word offers but that is about the only condition. Word should never be used to generate HTML documents in any type of (semi-)professional organization.
Actually, if you have documentation stating that users should create html pages with Word, you should destroy it immediately.
